Last week we killed the lies. The excuses that kept you stuck.
This week we kill the drag.
Drag is everything in your environment pulling you backward. The people. The places. The patterns. The invisible weight you've been carrying that you barely notice anymore.
Here's what nobody tells you about willpower: It's finite.
Every time you resist scrolling. Every time you push through a bad environment. Every time you work in a space designed for distraction—you're spending willpower. And when it runs out, you lose.
The people who seem to have endless discipline? They don't.
They just rigged their environment so they don't need much discipline. They removed the friction. They killed the drag.
I tried to out-willpower my environment for five years. Didn't work. The environment won every time.
Then I learned: Stop fighting your environment. Change it.
This week, I'm going to show you how to identify and eliminate the drag in three areas:
People
Physical/digital environment
Patterns and routines
By the end of this week, you're going to cut some things loose. Probably some people too.
It won't feel good. But you didn't sign up for good feelings. You signed up for change.
Done negotiating.
