Here's what nobody tells you about being half-committed:
It's worse than failing.
When you fail, you get feedback. You learn what doesn't work. You adjust. You grow.
When you're fully committed and struggling, you're still building something. Skills. Resilience. Self-trust.
But when you're half-in? You get nothing.
Just the slow passage of time. The gradual erosion of your self-trust. The quiet realization that another year went by and you're exactly where you started.
The middle feels safe. It's not.
The middle is where dreams go to die—slowly, painlessly, almost invisibly.
Today's challenge: Pick ONE thing you've been half-in on. Your health. Your business. Your relationship. Whatever it is.
Ask yourself: Am I actually committed to this, or am I just going through the motions?
If the answer is uncomfortable, good. That's the first step out.
Tomorrow I'll give you the 5 signs you're in the prison. Most people hit 3 or more.
Done negotiating.
