I want to give you something practical today.
The 30-Day Drag Elimination.
This isn't forever. It's a reset. A ruthless, temporary protocol to identify and eliminate what's dragging you back.
The Rules:
Week 1: Audit Write down everything that drains your energy or pulls you toward old patterns. People. Apps. Habits. Environments. Subscriptions. Commitments. All of it.
Don't judge yet. Just list.
Week 2: Cut Go through the list. For each item, ask: "Does this move me toward commitment or away from it?"
If it's away—eliminate it. For 30 days, it's gone.
Unfollow the accounts
Delete the apps
Cancel the subscriptions
Decline the invitations
Set the boundaries
Week 3: Replace Empty space gets filled. If you don't intentionally fill it, old patterns will rush back in.
Replace scrolling with reading. Replace draining calls with walks. Replace toxic media with silence.
Week 4: Evaluate What do you miss? What don't you miss?
Some things you'll add back. Most things, you'll realize you never needed.
I did this three years ago. Deleted all social media for 30 days. Set phone boundaries. Said no to things I used to say yes to.
Not everything stayed cut. But I learned what was actually drag and what was just habit.
You can survive 30 days without most of what's draining you.
Try it and see.
Done negotiating.
