Week 4 done. Kill The Drag.
This week I showed you the three types of drag:
1. People Drag
Dream killers who disguise fear as wisdom
Comfortable enablers who coddle your half-commitment
Time vampires who consume without contributing
2. Digital Drag
The casino in your pocket
Algorithms designed to hijack your attention
Notifications that interrupt your focus
3. Environmental Drag
Spaces that signal comfort over commitment
Clutter that overwhelms
Patterns that keep you stuck in old versions of yourself
The hardest part about killing the drag isn't knowing what to cut.
It's actually cutting it.
Because cutting means change. And change means discomfort. And your brain is wired to avoid discomfort at all costs.
That's why most people read content like this, nod along, and change nothing.
Don't be most people.
Here's your action for this week: Pick ONE piece of drag and eliminate it. Not tomorrow. Today.
One app. One boundary. One pattern. One ruthless cut.
Prove to yourself you can do it. Build the muscle.
Because next week, we're going all-in. Kill The Lukewarm. No more half-commitment. No more backup plans.
If you've been half-in this whole month, the test is coming.
Done negotiating.
